Refund Policy
Pyro Productions ("we," "us," or "our") is dedicated to providing high-quality video production services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully.
1. Refunds for Services
We offer refunds for our services under certain conditions:
1- Refunds for One-Time-Production Packages
After entering the contract agreement for services, the Client is responsible for the 50% non-refundable deposit to initiate services with us. Unless otherwise specified in the terms of the project contract, the client is eligible for the remaining 50% of the total package price if the following criteria are met:
-Post-Production has not begun (in a live-action project)
-Storyboards and script have not been approved (animation project)

2. Refunds for Pyro + Subscription Services
If you are not satisfied with our Pyro+ subscription service, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds for quarterly subscriptions will be processed as follows:
- If you cancel within the first 7 days of your subscription, you are eligible for a full refund of the current month's fee as long as no work has been initiated.
- If you cancel after 7 days, you will not be eligible for a refund for the current month, but your subscription will not renew for the following month.
-For semi-annual and annual subscriptions, refund requests must be made within 30 days of the last billing cycle payment. A prorated refund will be issued based on the number of minutes produced.

Please include your order number, the service or subscription for which you are requesting a refund, and the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

4. Exceptions
Certain items and services are non-refundable:
- Video projects that have been approved and delivered.
- Rush services where expedited timelines were requested and met.

5. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Refund Policy on our Site and updating the effective date.
